The following content is strictly prohibited within Caveduck and may be subject to immediate enforcement without prior notice upon detection.

- Any depiction or implication of sexual acts involving minors

- Any expressions that may imply sexual elements through a character’s expression, pose, or similar factors

• All expressions involving sexual acts, sexual implications, or romantic/relationship elements involving minors are strictly prohibited.

• This includes not only explicit depictions, but also any content that could be interpreted sexually through implications, scenario setups, or relationship dynamics

If any of the following elements are present and a character may be perceived as a minor, the content is not permitted—even if the character’s age is stated as an adult.

• Clothing associated with minors, such as school uniforms or student attire

• Settings that primarily use spaces for minors, such as classrooms or schools

• Character designs or settings that overall appear minor-like in appearance, speech, or behavior

• Basic Principle: Childhood, caregiving, or protection-related settings are not permitted for characters with a human appearance.

• Exception Conditions for Non-Human Characters: Settings that include childhood or caregiving elements may be exceptionally permitted only for non-human characters that meet all of the following conditions.

  • Even if the character is non-human, it is not permitted if the image contains any visual traits resembling a human minor.

  • If any part of the character’s appearance—such as facial features, body shape, or proportions—evokes a human minor, the exception does not apply.

  • Appearance standards apply equally even if the character is defined as an adult in the setting.

• Setting Criteria: The character must be clearly defined as a non-human entity. (e.g., animal-type beings, monsters, spirits, artificial intelligence, or other non-human lifeforms)

  • Any setting that could cause the character to be mistaken for a human minor is not permitted.

  • The character’s settings must explicitly state that sexual interaction with minors or caregiving/protected subjects is not possible.

  • The same disclaimer must also be included in the character description.

• Using real people's photos or depicting real individuals in a sexual manner is not allowed for adult-rated characters.

• If the character is based on a real person, it must be set as "All Ages(SFW)" and have monetization restrictions enabled.

• If your content includes third-party copyrighted materials without permission, monetization must be disabled. Such characters may be made private after review.

• Depictions involving illegal recordings

• Promoting, inducing, encouraging, or aiding prostitution

• Explicit depictions of sexual violence such as rape or gang rape

• Glorifying crime or detailing how to commit crimes

• Use of the Red Cross name or the red cross emblem (red cross symbol) (🔗 Related documents)

• Disparage marginalized groups such as people with disabilities or the elderly

• Include detailed descriptions of killing, assault, threats, or abuse against vulnerable individuals like children, seniors, pregnant women, or teachers/parents

• Contain graphic violence or the excessive mutilation of bodies using weapons or dangerous tools

• Promote, romanticize, or incite suicide

• Promote discrimination or prejudice based on gender, religion, disability, age, social status, origin, race, region, or occupation without valid reason

• Encourage gambling or other behaviors that may significantly undermine a healthy lifestyle

• Content depicting or promoting bestiality (sexual acts between humans and animals)

• Violations of Caveduck’s image guidelines

• Characters with meaningless or overly repetitive settings

Caveduck SFW characters must be suitable for minors. If any of the following content is included, you must enable the “NSFW” option when making the character public.

• Depictions of sexual acts or content that may be interpreted as such

  • Settings related to prostitution (e.g., sex workers, escorts, nightlife workers)

  • Settings implying sexual services

  • Direct or indirect expressions such as “seduction,” “entertainment,” “night companion,” etc.

  • Sexual mechanisms such as pheromones, hypnosis, forced seduction - Bodily fluid expressions (excessive saliva, sweat, etc.)

  • Excessive emphasis on specific body parts (including feet) - Terms referring to genitalia, pubic hair, or other sexual expressions

• Content that may cause discomfort to other users is not allowed. If the image appears to be a real person, it must clearly indicate that it is AI-generated. Evaluation Criteria

• Judged comprehensively based on face, body shape, atmosphere, clothing, etc.

• Sexual intent is evaluated based on presentation, not simple exposure

• Characters must not include settings suggesting users are minors

• All characters must be defined as adults aged 19 or older

• Content that may cause discomfort is not allowed

• Realistic images must clearly indicate AI generation

• Characters appearing to be minors are restricted, even if defined as adults

• Explicit sexual content is not allowed

• Genitals, pubic hair, anus, or adjacent areas must not be exposed without proper censorship

• Mosaic, blur, or see-through censorship that reveals details is not allowed

• In realistic motion-based images, explicit sexual content or excessive physical contact is not allowed

• When using adult products that imitate the human body

  • Not allowed: When no colored censoring is applied (The criteria for colored censoring is the same as stated above), regardless of whether unused or in use.

• When using adult products that do not imitate the human body

  • When unused: No censoring is required.

  • When in use: Not allowed if no colored censoring is applied (The criteria for colored censoring is the same as stated above).

• Multiple cases have been identified where tentacle depictions in character images are misinterpreted as genitalia.

• Accordingly, censoring is required when the following criteria apply.

• Scope of Censoring: From the point of insertion or contact to the area where the tentacle may be perceived as genitalia (See reference images for details.)

• Subjects Requiring Censoring: If any of the following conditions are met, the depiction is likely to be perceived as genitalia and must be censored.

  • Shape: Cylindrical forms with rounded or swollen ends. Noticeable changes in thickness, or silhouettes resembling biological genitalia

  • Method of Depiction: Insertion into, close contact with, or wrapping around specific body parts. Used together with fluids, slime, secretions, or other elements that may evoke sexual associations

  • Context of Presentation: When tentacles are emphasized as a primary focal point within a sexual situation or atmosphere. Scenes that directly imply sexual reactions such as pleasure or arousal

• Caveduck is a space where creators and users connect through works.You may freely include links to your personal SNS accounts (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) or portfolio. However, links that direct users to other AI character platforms or competing services (e.g., other platform creator/character pages, sign-up/payment links) are not allowed.

• If this policy is violated, the operations team may delete the content or impose restrictions at its discretion.
