A Keyword Book lets you organize the settings a character references during conversations by keyword. You can manage the information together like a single book and use it as Basic Keywords or Shortcut Keywords.
Basic Keywords: When a registered word or phrase appears in the conversation, its associated information is loaded automatically. Use these to write background information such as characters, locations, organizations, items, and world rules.
Shortcut Keywords: You can write a shortcut name and the content the AI should reference in a single entry. You can also add a one-line description if needed.
You can write and manage both types in the Basic and Shortcut tabs within the same Keyword Book.
Select Create on the Keyword Book management page to create a new Keyword Book. To edit an existing Keyword Book, select its name in the list.
First, enter a Keyword Book name and select a folder if needed. The name and folder apply to the entire Keyword Book. You can then write keyword entries in either the Basic or Shortcut tab.
Enter a name that will help you identify the Keyword Book.
The name can contain up to 20 characters and will appear when selecting a Keyword Book to apply to a character.

When a registered sub-keyword appears in the character’s previous dialogue or in the player’s current message, the connected content is included in the prompt for the AI to reference.
Each Keyword Book can contain up to 150 Basic Keyword entries.
Up to 10 matching Basic Keyword entries can be loaded during a conversation.
When multiple entries match, they are inserted into the prompt from top to bottom according to the order shown on the Keyword Book screen.
