    c. Posts containing only chat logs or screenshots that do not clearly identify the service are not eligible for a reward.

  2. Other people must be able to view the post.

    • A post may be rejected if the reviewer cannot access it directly at the time of review.

    • Posts from private accounts, members-only posts, and posts requiring separate access permission may not be considered public posts.

  3. The post must allow the author to be identified.

    • On account-based forums, only posts created while logged in to an account are accepted. Posts created without logging in under a guest nickname or IP identity are not eligible for rewards.

  1. Open the submission page using the link above or go to [Benefits > Always-On Review Event > Participate].

  2. Select the platform where you published the post.

  3. Paste the URL of the individual post. Links to an account, channel, or board homepage are not accepted.

  4. Add a short description of the review and click [Submit].

  5. Are there any types of posts that are not eligible?

    • Only posts published within the past month at the time of submission are accepted.

    • If identical or substantially similar content is posted on multiple platforms, it will only be counted once. Separate submissions are allowed only when the content is substantially different on each platform.

    • Posts published in spaces mainly used for personal records or storage, where outside viewers are unlikely to access the content, may not be eligible for a reward.

  • A reviewer will check your submission within 5 business days.

  • You can check the result of each submission—Approved, Outstanding, or Rejected—under [Submission History] on the event page.

  • Rejected submissions still count toward your monthly participation limit, and the used participation count will not be restored.

How are Outstanding Reviews selected?

  1. Outstanding Reviews are not selected based on a single figure, such as post length or the number of likes or upvotes.

  2. The following factors are reviewed together:

    • Whether the post clearly describes an actual Caveduck experience

    • Whether the charm of the character or conversation is communicated well

    • Whether the post can interest people who are new to Caveduck

    • Whether the post is well organized and sufficiently complete

    • Whether genuine views and engagement from other users can be confirmed

  3. All factors are considered together. Meeting a particular condition does not guarantee selection as an Outstanding Review.

  4. Posts selected as Outstanding Reviews may be featured on Caveduck’s official social media accounts or communities with the following attribution:

    • Author nickname

    • Original post link

  • Once the review is complete, the reward will be delivered through your account notifications.

    • Rewards are not added to your account automatically. You must claim them directly from your notifications.

    • Claim period: 30 days from the date the reward notification arrives

    • Rewards that are not claimed within the period will expire and cannot be restored.

  • Be sure to check your notifications and claim your Feathers before the deadline.

Rejected submissions do not have their participation count restored. Please check everything before submitting!

  • Did you include the service name in the title, body, or description of your blog, community, or video post?

  • Did you include the #Caveduck hashtag in the body of your social media post?

  • Was the post published within the past month at the time of submission?

  • Is the post publicly accessible to both the reviewer and other users?

  • Is the post published somewhere other than a space used only for personal records or storage?

  • Have you avoided submitting identical or substantially similar content that was already submitted on another platform?

  • Posts that do not contain enough identifiable information about Caveduck, or that are difficult to regard as reviews, may not be eligible for a reward.

  • Please keep rewarded posts publicly available. If a rewarded post is later deleted or made private, your future participation in the review event and reward eligibility may be restricted.

  • Posts found to have generated recommendations, likes, views, comments, or other engagement through abnormal methods may not be eligible for a reward.

  • If your post contains adult or unsafe content, please follow the policies of the platform where it is published.

  • Posts deleted or penalized for violating platform policies may not be eligible for a reward.

  • This event may be changed or ended early depending on company circumstances.

  • For any additional questions, please contact Customer Support at the bottom right of the Caveduck website.

Is the submission count restored if my review is rejected?

Rejected submissions still count toward the monthly limit of five, and the used submission count will not be restored. Before submitting, please check that the service name or required hashtag is included, the post is public, the post was published within the eligible period, the content has not been submitted more than once, and the URL opens correctly.

What should I do if I forgot the hashtag or service name?

Posts without the required information may not be eligible for a reward.

  • Social media: Include #Caveduck in the body of the post.

  • Blogs and communities: Include Caveduck in the title or body.

  • Video platforms: Include Caveduck in the title or description.

Hashtags added in comments are not accepted. Please edit the original post and submit it again. If the same URL cannot be resubmitted, send your account information and the post URL to Customer Support.

Can I receive separate rewards for posting the same review on multiple platforms?

Identical or substantially similar content will only be counted once, even if it is posted on different platforms. Posts using the same images and content may not be accepted as separate reviews. Separate submissions are only allowed when the content and structure are substantially different on each platform.

Are reviews posted on a personal blog or Postype accepted?

Public blogs and Postype pages are eligible if anyone can access and view the post. We consider the post’s public accessibility and actual visibility, not the size of the platform or account.

Spaces used mainly for personal records or storage, requiring special access, or unlikely to receive outside views may not be eligible.

Why was my post rejected because my account or post was private?

Rewards cannot be issued for posts that the reviewer cannot access directly at the time of review. Private accounts, followers-only or friends-only posts, members-only posts, and posts requiring separate access permission may not be considered public.

Please make the post public and submit it again using one of your remaining monthly submissions. If the same URL cannot be resubmitted, send your account information and the post URL to Customer Support.

I cannot resubmit the link after editing my post. What should I do?

The system may prevent URLs that have already been submitted from being submitted again. After editing the post to meet the participation requirements, send your Caveduck account information, the edited post URL, and a brief description of the changes to Customer Support. We will review the information and assist you.

Can I submit a review containing adult or unsafe content?

You may submit the post if it complies with the policies and age-restriction requirements of the platform where it is published. However, posts may not be eligible for a reward if the required sensitive-content settings were not applied, the post was removed or penalized for violating platform policies, or the reviewer cannot access it properly.

How are Outstanding Reviews selected?

Outstanding Reviews are not selected based on a single figure, such as post length, likes, upvotes, or views. We consider the specificity of the actual user experience, how well the charm of the character or conversation is conveyed, the organization and completeness of the post, whether it can interest people who are new to Caveduck, and genuine views and engagement. Meeting a particular condition does not guarantee selection.

Why was my review not selected as Outstanding even though it was similar to a previous one?

Each submitted post is reviewed individually. Even if its format or length is similar to a previous post, the result may differ depending on the specific content, how clearly the user experience is communicated, the organization and completeness of the post, actual views and engagement, and the posting environment. A previous selection does not guarantee that a future post will also be selected.

Can I check the detailed reason for my review result?

If a rejection reason is provided, you can check it under [Submission History] on the event page. If the displayed reason is unclear, please contact Customer Support. General and Outstanding results are determined by considering multiple factors together, so individual scores and detailed internal evaluation criteria are not provided separately.

Can I delete the post or make it private after receiving the reward?

Please keep rewarded posts publicly available. If a post is deleted or made private after the reward is issued, your future participation in the review event and reward eligibility may be restricted. If the post was removed for an unavoidable reason, such as a platform policy issue, please contact Customer Support.

How may a post selected as an Outstanding Review be used?

Posts selected as Outstanding Reviews may be featured on Caveduck’s official social media accounts, communities, or other channels. The author’s nickname, original post link, and part of the post or its images may be displayed. Whether and when a post is featured may vary depending on operational circumstances.

How are abnormal recommendations or engagement handled?

Normal sharing and naturally occurring user engagement are not a problem.

However, repeated self-recommendations, artificial mutual recommendations between a small number of accounts, and other abnormal engagement will not be considered when selecting Outstanding Reviews. If abuse or manipulation is confirmed, the post may be excluded from rewards, and repeated violations may result in restrictions on future participation.

How long will the Always-On Review Event continue?

This is an ongoing event, and there is currently no scheduled end date. However, the rewards, participation requirements, or other event details may be changed, or the event may end early, depending on operational or company circumstances. Any changes will be announced on the event page or through an official notice.
